Effective date: September 15, 2026 Last updated: September 15, 2026

The Mobility is Freedom Fund ("MiFF," "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.mobilityisfreedom.com and related pages and forms (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Mobility is Freedom Fund, 1203 Captains Court, Towson, MD 21286, USA. Questions: info@miff.fund.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

•  Contact details — name, email, phone, or mailing address — when you get in touch, subscribe, or submit a form.

•  Anything else you choose to send us, including material submitted through a form on the Site and the content of messages you write to us.

Information collected automatically

•  Standard usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page — collected by our hosting provider, Webflow, in the ordinary course of serving the Site. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar third-party analytics or advertising tracker.

3. How we use information

•  To respond to you and to send updates you have asked for.

•  To review and administer material submitted to our programs.

•  To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

•  To advance our charitable mission, including aggregate reporting that does not identify you.

•  To comply with the law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

•  With service providers who work on our behalf, such as hosting and email, under confidentiality obligations.

•  With people reviewing material submitted to our programs, for that purpose.

•  When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MiFF or others.

•  In connection with a merger, dissolution, or transfer of the organization's assets.

5. Cookies

The Site sets only the cookies our hosting provider needs to serve and secure the pages. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@miff.fund. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR — including rights to access, delete, or port your data and to object to certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them, and we will verify requests as required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. International visitors

MiFF is based in the United States, and information you send us is processed here. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States under this Policy.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
